Ootoya — Restaurant in Okegawa

The food is always good here. The menu shows allergens and nutritional information. The tablet has the menu set in different languages. This particular day, the staff were not very good. The water had something floating in it (not ice!). When the dessert came the wait staff didn’t clear the dinner tray so we had to shuffle things around to make space. It seems they have a few new young staff members that haven’t been trained properly. The dessert came on...

The food was nice, standard as it is a chain. However, the service here always slow maybe die to the insufficient of the staffs. Sometime the seats are available but they are not calling the peoples to have a seat inside. I think they should solving such issues as the brand image will always in the negative side.

野菜炒めともろみチキンを注文しましたが、そんなに混んでいないのにいつもよりかなり提供が遅く届いて見ると野菜炒めは湯気が出てなく盛り付けの山は平らになってて美味しそうには見えませんでした。食べるとやはり完全に冷めてて不味い。 大戸屋はしっかりとした調理が印象だったので腕が落ちた物だ。 気になったのでキッチンを見ると外国人らしき姿も。フロアにま外国人はいます。 日本人スタッフならこの見た目の悪い料理は運んで来なかったかも。 □□□ 上記からの何度かの再訪中の事でも 焼きサバと鶏竜田揚げ定食にしましたが、提供されてまたがっかり。 サバはいつも通りでしたが、竜田揚げがメニューとはかなり違って少なく皮の部分の多いスーパー惣菜でも並ばない様な酷い物でした。 画像を見た家族も肉がほぼ無いねと言ってました。 この店だけなのか分かりませんが大戸屋はどうなってしまった...
