Visiting my sons family in Okinawa and they treated me to this longstanding local. The Wagyu tenderloin was divine! Stateside this beef is on the higher end, over here it is very reasonable… and absolutely delicious! Perfectly blended meat and marbling give way to tender bites that melt in your mouth. The potatoes and onion combo reminds you of fried potatoes and onions stateside, but with chunk potatoes and a lighter fry, still tasty. Steak was delicious! Having it cooled in front of you was nice and they didn't do that while show thing throughout the meal. The show is regular coming and then at the end they do a short juggling but thats enough. Come for the food, good customer service and on a weekday to avoid a crowd.
