茨城から親戚が北海道に来た際にお土産で水戸の梅頂いてます。変わった所と言ったらパッケージで白あんに甘く煮た赤紫蘇を包んだお菓子。小さい頃は甘すぎだなと感じた水戸の梅も年月を重ね歳と共に改めて美味しさに実感するこの頃。温かい緑茶と共に食べるのが好きです。 これからもずっと変わらない水戸の銘菓として残って欲しいお菓子です。
