Amazing Japanese cuisine in the middle of the Okinawa main island. Menu is not extensive but they do every dish right. The buta shabu shabu is awesome, other dishes were really great as well. This is not all traditional Okinawan food but a more overall Japanese affair using Okinawa local ingredients. Price is worth the value you get in the quality of food. Definitely recommended if you are in this area.

Every dish was fantastic and the service was extremely helpful and friendly. If I had to pick some of the highlights it would be the steak and the agu pork shabu shabu. We went after dark so there wasn't much to see but during the day the view would be great with the restaurant overlooking the ocean. There are two smaller tables facing the window, try to book that if you can!

We enjoyed another delicious meal at Touka last night. This time the oyster course. Easily the best oysters we’ve had on Okinawa, and the best fried oysters anywhere! We love this restaurant. Wonderful ambience and excellent service. The staff are truly delightful. We look forward to our next visit!

Our new favorite restaurant on Okinawa! Delicious food, excellent service, and very pleasant ambiance. We totally enjoyed each item served with the pork shabu-shabu course on my wife’s birthday. Absolutely worth the price. We look forward to return for the oyster course on Christmas Eve.

We had one of our most memorable meals in Okinawa here. The tasting menu was varied and well executed, and the beef Aburi nigiri was spectacular. Worth the stop when in Manza!

Amazingly fresh food with great service. Great find! Every dish was memorable. COMING BACK FOR DINNER BEFORE WE LEAVE LOL. You must have reservations though!
