Even though the portion looks small, it is actually quite filling with the noodles inside. For only around 1200 yen, you can order an okonomiyaki out of all the options they offer. You can also add toppings for 100 yen each to customise the okonomiyaki to your own liking. I feel like the original toppings of the Mari special were not quite abundant but they were still tasty and satisfying. I also really enjoyed how the okonomiyaki had the perfect amount of sauce for me. Unlike a lot of other restaurants that drown their okonomiyaki in sauce, the preparation here has a nice layer of sauce instead. And if you feel like it is not enough, they have a bottle of their sauce on the side so you can add as much as you want. This subtle difference allows the flavours from the other ingredients to shine as well instead of having the sauce overwhelming all the other flavours in the okonomiyaki. The atmosphere was quite cosy. I really enjoyed the interior decor and the more traditional seats. Finally, the service was quite welcoming and polite but it took quite a bit of time before our food was served. Please note that there are no english menus so be prepared if you decide to visit...
