因島風お好み焼き、いんおこを食べに行きました。 そばではなくうどんが入ります。

お店は警察署の近くで細い路地に入ってすぐのところにありましたがメイン？道路からは見えにくいです。 店内は4人ほど食べられる鉄板テーブルと座席にテーブルが確か1つの、こじんまりとしたお好み焼き屋さん。

いんおこというメニューはありませんが、初の肉玉うどんを頼みました。 水っぽいのかと思っていましたが、さすが鉄板！ほどよく水分が飛んで食べても軽い感じでした。目の前で作る行程が見られましたが、今まで食べたお店の1.5倍ほどのキャベツでした。 横でWお好み焼きが焼かれていましたがキャベツは4人前くらいはあったような。 アルコールは缶ビールが置かれていました。いつもならビール二杯は飲めるのに１本でお腹いっぱいになりました。 肉玉うどんの値段は確か680円。 野菜焼き4...

一見入りにくいし、入りづらい

鉄板では椅子が少なくて食べづらい

テーブル席に案内されやすい が、熱々の鉄板ては、食べられない 自然に皿内に入れられます

ボリュームはある方です いんおこがメイン(因島ては、うどん入りがメインお好み焼である、別名モダン焼と云う)

麺なしが、お好み焼 麺入りはモダン焼と、尾三地区は云いますので御注意を
