Gakuya Burger — Restaurant in Osaka

I had high hopes for this place, but I have to say avoid it. The place was completely empty with plenty of seating. When I asked if we could sit inside they said they were very busy. They may have had some carry out orders, but the place was empty. However, they allowed two Japanese people in to sit down and told us to wait. Makes no sense when every single seat was empty. I also did not notice a lot of trash or plates or anything that needed to be cleaned up. I don't feel it's right to make "certain" customers wait in the sun why allowing others in when your place is completely empty with all seating available. Update to response: There were two of you in the place, one younger guy did seem busy taking carry out orders and that is understandable, but the guy we spoke with that showed me the message on his translator app after I asked why we could not just sit and wait, was just standing in the back watching us wait in the sun. You guys let another couple in to sit and to look at the menu, and just watched as we waited when you had every other single seat open, so the "I couldn't let go of my hand for 3 minutes" response makes no sense to me. If every other table and seat you have is open, and you only seat a "certain" type of person, while you make others wait in the sun and one of you is standing just watching, this sends a very poor and concerning message to...

I don’t usually eat beef burgers (usually tend to be dry) But this is exceptional! I had a burger cravings and boiiiiiii this satisfied my cravings and I truly could have down another big juicy burger. It’s customisable and I added the the onions, cheddar cheese, original burger buns and basil sauce and everything just melts in my mouth! It was a huge, juicy succulent burger, had trouble biting the whole thing together but that moment I didn’t bother. It got messy and their fries it’s homemade and Crispy and good! Would definitely go back!!! 100000%...

Love this place! Only giving 4 stars because I was disappointed they did not have the tofu burger which was the whole reason I came there. I had the veggie sandwich which was pretty good.
