南海電鉄高野線「我孫子前」駅東側すぐにある、お馴染みのギョーザの中華屋さん。 昼は３時まで、夕方５時からの営業はお約束です。 しかしこのお店、いつ行ってもスープが「塩辛い！」関東風に言わせて貰えば「塩っぱい！」のです。 精製された「ナトリウム塩」か「粗塩」かの違いかは分かりませんが、健康の為に塩分濃度がどうのと言われる今日、中華料理を食べたくなっても、スープだけは現状遠慮したくなってしまうのです。 なので、私にはこのお店でラーメンを注文する勇気がありません。駅前で利便性があるだけにとても残念です。 ちなみに、餃子の持ち帰りは結構...
