Shio-Gensui Ramen Nishinakajima — Restaurant in Osaka

I’ve been in Japan for about a month and was looking for a local ramen shop that the locals liked. When I arrived there were a good amount of people outside. They do have an English menu. I pre ordered and when I was called, the food came out quickly. The dote don simmered beef tendon, my god was tasty and soft. The miso ramen with extra meat was lovely. I had soy sauce ramen and potstickers. The ramen was good - the noodles were tender and the pork was delicious. I should have gotten toppings on it like egg or something. The standout for me was the potstickers. The filling was tender and flavorful and the dough was so soft & thin. The whole experience was great - everyone was very attentive and they had a menu in English. It was fun watching them work together in the open...

we arrived and were obviously not familiar w the ordering system, the waiter came out and nicely told us put our names on the paper in order to queue up to enter the restaurant. He also passed us an english menu and towels to keep us warm.
