McDonald's — Restaurant in Ota

I'm tired of being treated like my order doesn't matter. Whenever I get to the front of the line I'm told to wait so the staff can presumably do something more important. I was always taught that treating the customer right is good business, apparently this McDonald's...

I am very disappointed with the working structure of the store staff here. The pick-up order numbers are not clearly arranged. My number is displayed on the screen but I cannot pick up the items because it is not my food....

夕方に来店しました。バーガーが温められてませんでした。 マックフルーリーの量もスプーン一杯分くらいしか無く、レジのクルーに交換を申し出たところ、「えっ……どうすればいいんだろう？ねぇ、この量合ってる？間違ってる？」とパニックになり。 ほかのクルーも「わからない……とりあえず、お取り返しますね」と。 分からないって何？バーガーが冷えてることもおかしいって分からないのか？ 見たところ学生バイトしかいないようで、責任者がいないから怠けちゃってるのかなーという印象。マニュアルくらい確認しないのかなと疑問に思いました。

夕方〜夜の利用だと、ナゲットのソース、毎回付け忘れあり。 提供がほかとは比べられないレベルで遅い。 バーガーの入れ忘れすらあり。
