Great place to have breakfast, brunch and lunch! The staff (I think it is a family business) is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. I was craving a japanese style hamburger (ハンバーグ), so I had the hamburger with demiglase sauce lunch set (which comes with rice, miso soup, salad, potato salad, pickles, and a drink of your choice). It was juicy, tender and delicious, and satisfied my cravings! For dessert I had a strawberry milk float, which was prepared by mixing fresh strawberries and milk, so not ready-made. 一般的なオムライスはバターやケチャップなどを旨味を舌にぶつけた感じだと 表現すると、 このオムライスはそれに相反し、 必要最小限の調味料で味付けさっぱり。 だけど食べごたえのある味に仕上がっている。といった感じです。

また、千切りキャベツの切り方や水切り、ポテトサラダの仕上がりがとても丁寧だと 舌で分かるくらい美味しかったです。
