Wagyu beef yakiniku LIEBE — Restaurant in Ozu

After numerous visits to sights around Aso, we chanced upon a grill beef restaurant, Liebe.

A typical beef eatery setup, Libe is well decorated and a clean place. Parking for cars is easy, lots of space.

We ordered a Hanayaki set, a spicy beef soup, prawns and beer. The beef was alright. Prawns were fresh and the soup was flavorful.

Service was great, prompt and dedicated. Young staff who could speak some English helped a lot.

Price was slightly on the high side but considering this style of dinner, the price level could be expected.

Options are not exactly abundance around Aso area in the night. So if you are longing for beef, this is a pretty good place to cure the beefy craving.
