寿麹庵　BISTRO蔵

茅葺屋根の本館裏手にある蔵。 『相模ダムカレーマップ』を見て来店しました。 4/30現在でメニューに『ダムカレー』は無くて、注文の時にバターチキンカレーをダムカレー仕様にしてもらうスタイルでした。 バターチキンカレーは1300円、辛さは中辛程度で、大変美味しい。パクチーは抜く事も出来るが、苦手でないなら合わせて食べるとなお美味しい。 頼んだお皿とは別に、（カレーが足りないときの為に）カレーの入ったどんぶりを置いておいてくれるのも大変に嬉しく、お値段以上のサービスでした。

ランチで利用しました。カフェのランチとしてはお値段高いかなとは思いますが、母屋の寿麹庵さんの味をリーズナブルに味わえると考えるとお得感あります。味はもちろんですが量もなかなかありました。 場所が分かりにくいですが、寿麹庵さんへ向かって行くと母屋の裏に蔵があります。 カフェ(ビストロ蔵)の方は現金のみでクレカや電子決済は一切出...

蔵を改装してオープンさせたようですが、中は広々、落ち着いたオシャレな雰囲気でした！ オススメの限定ビビンバを頂きましたが、海鮮丼として食べても美味しいくらいのお刺身をビビンバとして頂くのが新しい！ いくらをいれると、また、味変するし！ ...
