神奈川県相模原市緑区橋本エリアの、ラ・フロール別館２階にある、創業当時から変わらぬ手作りの七輪炭火焼肉店です。 混雑緩和のため、席数が増設され、2023年（令和５年）10月にリニューアルオープンしました。ご利用時間は当日一度限り、２時間以内となります。

特に、週末である金曜・土曜・日曜日は開店時間からお客が集中するので、早めに行くことをオススメします。行列のある焼肉店で、長い待ち時間は当たり前。 ※長ければ、２時間以上待ちの可能性もあります。

注文は全てタッチパネル操作で行い、定番の牛肉類やサイドメニュー・デザートなど、ジャンル別なので分かりやすい。 飲食合計金額も一目で分かる。 中でも、千切りキャベツは意外と人気があり、ご飯の代わりにキャベツで肉を食べることも出来ます。石焼ビビンバ・ビビンバ類はスープも付きます。
