Ogino Pan Head Office Factory Store — Restaurant in Sagamihara

It’s just a pastry shop that locates next to the bread factory. Oginopan has been one of the major bread suppliers for the local public schools, so my guess is that quite a large numbers of people in the region found some sentimental value in their pastries. When I visited they were giving away free yogurts, which is nice. They also have free factory tour available, it might be good entertainment for your children.

Please be extra careful when you’re entering one of their 2 motorcycle parkings. They’re both located in the slopes and the pavements are not really flat. I saw 2 bikers dropped their expensive shinny motorcycles while I was there.

One last thing, make sure you bring some real money as they don’t take any other form...

I will never forget the bread I ate there.🩷✨ I ate delicious sweet breads and also breads stuffed with vegetables. It was soft and fresh! I especially liked the 野沢菜おやきand 塩麹きんぴら bread .🤩😍 It was a great experience and the trip to this location was worth it. もう10年以上前から何回も買いに伺っていますが、今回初めて残念な思いをしました。

日曜日の夕方に揚げパンを買いに行き、休日限定の外の揚げパン専用ブースに並びました。 「千円以外は両替お願いします」と書いてあり、大きいお金しかなかったのですがどこでしたらいいのか分からず（以前は両替機があった気がするがその時はなかった）列に並んで窓口で接客していた男性店員に聞くと、早口で何を言ってるのか分からず。 「ここで両替できますか？」と聞くといくらか聞かれたので一万円札と答えると「あぁ〜」とため息混じりに言い、「じゃあそれでお会計します」と面倒くさそうな態度で言われました。

しゃがんでお釣りを用意している間もブツブツ文句の様なことを言い、商品をそのまま渡されたので「袋をお願いしたんですが」と言うと「はぁ」とまた大きなため息をついて袋に入れ渡されました。こちらは袋代も払っているので、忘れたのはそちらのミスだと思いますが。 とにかく終始面倒くさそうな態度で何度も何度もため息をつきながら接客されました。 店員さんも人間だし忙しすぎて疲れてイライラするのは分かります。 でもこちらは美味しいパンを買いたくて子供と一緒にお店に足を運んで、並んで楽しみに待っていたんです。忙しいからといって客にイライラをぶつけていいのでしょうか？忙しいのが嫌で客に八つ当たりする様な方は接客に向いていないと思います。退職された方がいいのではないでしょうか。

また「両替をお願いします」と書かれているだけではどこで出来るのかも分からないので、窓口で聞くのは当然ではないですか？

いつもは平日で空いている時などはこちらのトレイのパンをわざわざ揚げたてに交換してくれたり、子供に優しく接してくれたりして感じのいい店員さんばかりでした。休日の混み合っている時も今回の様な対応をされたのは初めてです。

パンは普通の揚げパンはもちろん、季節限定のクリームやチョコの揚げパンや、あんぱん、調理パンなどもとても美味しいです。これからも買いに行くと思いますが、今回の男性店員の対応だけはとても...
