石鎚山成就社から山頂を目指し、試しの鎖場を越える(または迂回する)と見えてくる山中の茶屋です。 コロナ禍でお休みされていたとのことですが、2022年5月から営業を再開したとのことでした。 名物の力あめゆをいただきましました。 温かく、すりおろした生姜の風味がしっかりと効いた「力あめゆ」に、気力体力ともに励まされた気持ちになりました。

石鎚の長い登りの中でホッと一息できる場所。店名はこうなっていますが「あめ湯小屋」で通っています。毎年営業されると嬉しくなります、おじちゃんが頑張っています。愛想もいいです。 ここの冷やしあめ湯の甘さがちょうどよく浸みわたる感じ。 かなり古い小屋ですが、昨年の積雪時は１ｍ近く屋根に積もっていたが潰れることもなく頑強な造りだなぁ。
