Joyfull Saijo Toyo — Restaurant in Saijo

I am thankful the staff let me in and stay for over an hour, using the toilet, charge my phone and drink free ice water.

The only contribution I do is ordering ¥500 daily set lunch meal (starts from 10am to 3pm). The hamburg is oozing juicy when it comes. It is very appetizing. I especially like the simple salad, refreshing and crunchy.

Joyfull is always one of my favourite with online ordering, so I don’t have to wait or call the staff, and the food will arrive as expected and hot. And I could stay as long as I want and watching other people having a good time. It is really a nice little neighbourhood restaurant.

注文しようと思い、隣のテーブルを拭いていた店員さんに「すみません」と声をかけると「ボタン押してスタッフ呼んでもらえますぅー💢？他のものが参りますのでー💢」と強い口調で言われた。

自分も飲食店勤務ですが、 この対応は私の店ではあり得ません。

声かけられたら、その場で聞いて ハンディで厨房に注文流して、 またバッシング作業に戻ればいいのでは？ ただそれだけの話なのに、 なぜあの方はそんなに不機嫌そうに 強い態度だったのでしょう。

また、スープバーのうち、一種類が お湯しか出ず、店員さんにその旨を知らせましたが、「あぁ、在庫切れです」と言われました。普通そこは「申し訳ございません」から入りませんか？また、在庫切れなら在庫切れで、その旨をマシーンに掲示したり、オーダーを取る際に「スープバーはただいま〇〇スープが品切れしておりますが、よろしいですか？」など、説明するべきかと思います。 3種類揃っての値段なので。

ファミレスのような低価格な店に 高いサービスは求めませんが、 飲食店として最低限の事もできていないようではさすがに「これは、、、💦」と 思ってしまいます。
