The entrance is a little hard to find but this place was soooo lovely. We came in to town for Udon noodles and afterward wanted coffee. This is a real coffee store with a connected roastery that sells organic and sustainable blends. The tiramisu and cake were fantastic and I loved the "White Christmas" coffee. 西条市の壬生川駅🚉近くにある珈琲専門店＋Cafe☕️ モダンなデザインの外観に、店内は白基調で天井の高い広々とした空間が広がってて明るくて開放感ある雰囲気が素晴らしいね！😉椅子・テーブルもいい感じのレイアウトでカウンター&テーブルの木彫の薄茶とソファーのパステルカラーとが見事に映えてるやん…🤔 スタッフの接客もGood👌BGMも心地よくリラックス出来る環境で居心地いいわ〜😊ハマりそう…💦

グアテマラ🇬🇹 エル・サポーテ/（品種）ゲイシャ@880 珈琲プレスを使ってのサーブで香りも良くフルーティで酸味の効いた爽やかな味わいだね。美味いわ〜♫

コーヒー大好きです。で、今回の愛媛の食べ歩きのきっかけが今治のイタリアンでの誕生日祝いディナーだったんですが、そこのシェフとはオープンする前の京都のILGHIOTTONEで出会ったわけなんですが、そのお店が、ここのエスプレッソを使うと聞いたので、今治行く前に行くことにしました。最寄駅の壬生川が読めなくて、オーナーに教えてもらいました(-_-;) 伺ったのは日曜の13：30くらいです。 満席で数組待たれてましたが、たまたま３席のカウンターの１席だけ空いていてすぐに案内されました。今治のディナーでエスプレッソを飲むつもりだったのでオーナーに挨拶してオススメを聞いたらゲイシャを奨められたので、ゲイシャと下調べして食べたかったティラミスにしました。 ティラミスは拘っていて美味しかったし映えます。ゲイシャは普段あまり飲まないですが、美味しかったです。カウンターで、お店のスタッフさんを観察するのも意外と好きなんです。どうやって作ってるのかな？みたいな。テキパキされてる動きに感心しました。みんなで楽しくやりがいをもってやっているお店なんだなと感じました。また伺います。
