経営陣含め改悪ばかりする運営に振り回される中非常に頑張っている店舗かと。 厨房スタッフはハンバーグもステーキも焼き加減をオーダー通りに綺麗に焼いてくれます。ホールのベテランのスタッフと新人のスタッフも居てましたがベテランの男性スタッフは周りをよく見てすぐに対応してくれ新人の男性スタッフも教育が行き届いているのか丁寧な対応です。ミスがあった時はすごく怒られている雰囲気を感じました。人によっては不快に感じることもあるかと。あとこのご時世ではパワハラに該当します。私の世代なら怒鳴られ成長し育った為普通と感じますが時代がきっと許しません。怒っていた年配の厨房にいた方もいつもオーダー通りに調理してくれ美味しく満足して帰らせてくれてるのでそんな事が原因でトラブルになりいなくなっても困る為改善してください。店舗の掃除などベタつきもなく清潔にされているかと思います。 いきなりス...
