Came here to pick up a cake for New Year's Day. We had reserved a shortcake by telephone and the staff had said that they would not be too busy after Christmas, but were they wrong! We got there at opening 10 AM and could find parking. Most other customers were parked in the next door golf shop parking. It took 30 mins to pick up the cake. They are really popular. I can't wait to taste the cake tonight.

久し振りにオランダシューを１０個買って楽しみに家族で食べてると？？？、クリームが半分位しか入って無い！ 私の分だけタマタマ少なかったのか？と思いきや、家族揃って皆少ない、皆んなで(以前はシューの中一杯に入ってたのにな〜！)って話して食べましたが。美味しのに値段も高くなってクリームも少ないって、どう言う事！　ショック！！ おおとり店に以前は行ってたけど、此の店だけであってほしいです。 ホームページと全然違ワクナイ！ 満タン入ってたら、当たり🎯です。

何度か購入させていただきました。

先日、焼き菓子をいろいろ選んで計27個購入したのですが……「全部まとめて一箱に入れていただけますか？」と店員さんに尋ねると 「お箱代が 385円(税込)かかりますが よろしいでしょうか？」とのこと。 箱代金にしては高いな、と躊躇しましたが お世話になっている方へのお礼の品だったので 袋入れというわけにはいかず、しかたないかと考えて支払いました。 とはいえ、やはり腑に落ちなかったので 帰宅後 主人に話すと「箱代だけにしては高いな」と同じ意見でした。たかが 385円のことですし、事前に聞いて承諾したうえでのことなのですが、今まで他のお店で同じような買い物をして そんな箱代なんてかかったことがなかったし、385円なら シュークリームが2個買える金額やん、なんて考えたりして モヤモヤしました。(-""-;)

先日、子供のバースデーケーキを頼みに行き、ピカチューの絵を子供がネットから探した画像で決めたので店舗で注文した際に言われたアドレスに決めた絵を送信して誕生日当日。帰ってきて開けてみると店舗の見本の本にあった絵でこちらが頼んだ絵とは違い、その日は子供も頼んだやつと違うとは言いつつも楽しい雰囲気なので難しく作れなかったのかな？で終わりましたが、翌日注文していた絵と違う事をお話しすると確認せずに作ったと言うことが発覚し、すごく嫌な気分になりました。年に一回の子供のバースデーケーキを確認せずに作るとはありえません。しかも、クッキー代も別料金で払ってるのにちゃんと仕事をして欲しいです...
