麺丼屋 さんしろう — Restaurant in Sakaiminato

I came in at 4 on a Monday and it wasn't too busy. It's a small restaurant that is in the same building as the pachinko place. It's best to go there alone or with maybe 2 friends max because it would be difficult to find seating together when it gets busy.

I ordered a sanshiro ramen salt flavored. You have the options of salt (shio), soy sauce (shoyu), and miso if I remember correctly. It was ¥680. This ramen has all the toppings so it was a very good price. I'm a huge fan of the flavored egg and usually it costs extra to add but this ramen had it already included. The chashu was the best I've ever tasted. It was so soft and tasted like it was made with love and patience (haha I really can't find the words to explain it).

I talked to the workers for a bit and they only spoke Japanese but they were very nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back! Also, I'm pretty sure it's cash only so...

近くで仕事があったので、興味本位で立ち寄り。 パチ屋と併設のお店（出入口は外）で、パチ屋の駐車場に入り難い（気持ち的に）以外は、停める場所に困る事もなさそう。 ピーク時を過ぎていたので店内はまばら。 カウンターとテーブル席がいくつかあるだけの比較的狭い店内。 カウンターは1人分ずつ間隔を空けて全て埋まっていたので、挟まれたくなかっためガラ空きだったテーブル席に座ろうとしたら「1人ならカウンターに」と注意された。 自分にラーメンが届く頃には店内は自分1人になっていたんだが…柔軟な対応がないのはパチラー相手な商売だからかな？

ラーメンはスタンダードな「醤油ラーメン」をチョイス。 味はあっさりした素朴な味。 可もなく不可もなく、なんとも地味な味だった。 価格は700円と中の上で、地元で有名な牛骨ラーメンが700円台で食べれる店舗が大半な事を考えると、少々残念。

売り上げの大半がパチ屋の客で、店舗依存型あるあるな雰囲気のお店...

三四郎ラーメンの醤油を頂きました。 普通の醤油ラーメンとの違いは、三四郎の名前が付くと味玉が加わるようです。

甘口のスープは、どこか懐かしさを感じさせるような味わい。

中細の縮れ麺で、プリプリと歯ざわりの良い茹で上げです。

チャーシューは柔らかく、お箸でつまむとホロホロと崩れます。
