Bike Coffee Ride 🚴☕️

It took me 1 hour and 40min to get there and I was totally sweaty when I arrived. They have their shop right on the mountain, thank you!! But I was rewarded with one of the best coffee places I have been to in Japan. Not only do they serve several types of speciality coffee, they also have a very calm and spacious coffee house including a terrace. Even though it was Golden Week, there were not many people there! I bought Kenyan coffee beans. According to the product description, they were a medium deep roast level, but I actually thought they were actually a very deep roast. It was smashing to indulge in a splendid cup of coffee amidst the charming ambience of a non-chain coffee-shop. The vibe within the establishment is ever so quaint and pleasant, and the beans are freshly roasted on-site, leaving me quite impressed by their delightful aroma. 兵庫県三田市にある「SiNCOFFEE Cafe&Roasters」で母と一緒にフレッシュホットサンドを食べてきました。 仕事で東京にいますので、中々会えないのもあり山の上にあるこちらを選びました！ 店内はシンプルで落ち着いた雰囲気が漂い、コーヒーの香りが心地よく広がっていました。私たちはホットサンドと共に、店自慢のコーヒーを注文しました。☕️ なんと、ペット同伴も可能でカフェ横にはペットと遊ぶスペースまであります！✨ 初めて見ました😁 私は「トマトサンド」を選びました🍅。フレッシュなトマトがたっぷりと使われていて、ジューシーで甘みがしっかり感じられます。トマトの酸味がホットサンドのパンと絶妙に絡み合い、口の中で豊かな味わいが広がります。パンの外側はカリッと焼かれていて、中身はしっとりとした食感。トマトの瑞々しさが引き立ち、とてもさっぱりとした味わいで、食後も軽やかな気分が残りました。 母は「タマゴサンド」を選びました🥪。ふわふわの卵がたっぷり詰め込まれており、優しい味わいが特徴です。卵のまろやかさと、パンの焼き加減が絶妙にマッチして、心温まる美味しさを感じました。母はサンドイッチが出てくると思ってたみたいで、ブツクサ言いながら食べてましたが、僕としてはゆっくり話せて嬉しい限りです。 さらに、母のコーヒーはサイフォンで淹れた一杯でした☕️✨。サイフォンで淹れるコーヒーならではの、澄んだ味わいと豊かな香りが特徴で、飲んだ瞬間に広がる深いコクと軽やかな酸味が絶妙でした。サイフォンならではの透明感があるコーヒーでした。 母の実家にサイフォンがあるなんて20年以上過ごして初めて聞きました笑 全体的に、SINCOFFEEは食事とコーヒーの両方で満足できるお店でした🍴。おしゃれで落ち着いた空間で、母との楽しいひとときを過ごすことができ、非常に良い時間を過ごしました。また訪れたいと思います😊。

2024/9/22（日）14:20に訪問。 結構賑わっていて、8割ほど席は埋まっていました。 ケニアアイス（870円）とチーズフレッシュサンド（750円）を注文。いずれも味は普通で、価格相応ではありませんでした。 ケニアは中深、プルーンのようなコクがあり、酸味は少なめ、スッキリとした味わいでした。まずまずかなと思います。ケニアなので鮮やかな果実や花のような香りを期待していましたが、香りは期待値を超えませんでした。 サンドイッチはパンが焼かれていないのでふかふかです。焼いてる方が好きです。ハムとチーズは至って普通。サンドイッチは普通というかコンビニの味。マスタードはうまかったです。 内装、外観、テーブル、椅子はおしゃれでかわいく、かっこいいです。 ドッグランもありました。 駐車場は台数たくさん停められます。 三田ゴルフクラブのすぐ隣です。 お一人でも大丈夫です。
