さぬき市津田街にある海水浴場、津田の松原で煮込みうどんが食べれるんだとか。

うわさを聞いてノコノコと亀の如しやってきてますが、シーズンオフでも営業しよんかな？

めちゃくちゃ綺麗な海水浴場、って言うかお店は何処だろう？？

アーッ！！きっとアレ。

むっちゃ隠れ家的やんか。営業灯もバッチリ回ってます。突撃〜。

暦では秋ですが猛暑を超える程の暑さの中、冷たい素麺なんかもございますが。

そんなものには興味がない。

約8分で着丼したのは、鉄鍋に入った煮込みうどん。

豚肉・里芋・人参・大根・ごぼう・白糖・油揚・しめじ茸・こんにゃくが入ってます。ベースは味噌（白と赤の合わせ）となります。

麺は冷凍うどんを使用。煮込まれてもないが問題ない、主役は讃岐白味噌をブレンドした味噌。むっっっちゃくちゃ旨い。具材も全ては煮込まれてはいない。別の味が染ませられていて味にグラデーションがある感じ。

もしも自分で極上の味噌スープが作れるのであれば、もっと狡猾かつ腹黒く利用するであろう。私のようなゲス男が洗心亭に来てしまっ...
