The waiting time was quite long(too long) and the staffs at the reception wasn't so welcoming and always misheard everything we said. Not to mention when we were called in, our table was still not cleaned thus we had to wait for another 5 more minutes to be seated. Also the one that served us went to other tables while explaining their rice-soup(literally skipped to other tables stopping her explanation midway) the staffs clearly didn't have it altogether. The food was good but not enough to fix how very unfortunate our experience...
