Upon arriving in Sendai late at night we were out searching for dinner. This ramen store and some beef tongue store were open. The customers in the gyutan shop were smoking so we went for ramen. It’s was tasty shoyu ramen and salt ramen sprinkled with garlic. You need to purchase your noodles tickets at the vending machine but the proprietor came to help.
Ramen was made of buckwheat, al dente and alluring to the palate. The shoyu broth was tasty without being salty. Of course the pork slices braised till it’s soft and melt in the mouth but without disintegrating. What heavenly textures!
