A tiny overlooked ramen shop tucked away next to the main road, this shop is a must visit. Owned by a family, you can feel the charm and the care from the moment you walk in.

They offer absolutely delicious tonkotsu ramen. The 角煮らーメンis absolutely divine. The meat just melts in your mouth. The tonkotsu broth was thick with thin ramen noodles and just perfect for a cold rainy night.

I had the tonkotsu lunch set, which is a bowl of their signature ramen with some meat-topped rice. I also tried their gyoza. I thought of all of it was good but unremarkable. Their noodles are pretty tasty, and the chashu is thick and notably soft, although has a sweet tinge to it.

県内でも数少ない「豚骨ラーメンが美味しいコスパの良いお店」です。私自身「あ、あそこにラーメン屋があるな」程度の認識でしたが、Googleでの評価の高さに惹かれ今回初訪問となりました。 注文したのは「明太ライスセット」です。 なんと大きな明太子つきで￥860！ 特徴は下記にまとめておきました。

麺:細麺で柔らかい印象。スープと絡んですすっていて楽しいです。かためで注文すると尚良いかもしれません。※かためで注文できるかは不明

スープ:他のレビュアーさん達が書いている通り、クセのない上品な豚骨スープ。あまり豚骨スープが得意でない私でも完飲しちゃいそうになるほどの美味しさ。

豚:甘く煮込まれた豚さんでした。薄いので特に印象は無かったですが、美味しかったと思います。

明太ライス:明太子が大きく、ご飯がとにかくすすみます。海苔を巻くと明太おにぎりになります。ご飯上に細かいゴマがのっていてアクセントになっており、このご飯だけで結構な満足感！

キムチ:ご飯が進むような甘い系のキムチで、スラスラ食べれます。豚骨スープとの相性も良いです。

接客:概ね良かったのですが、店主さん？白髪の方がラーメンを運んできたのですが、明細が挟まれているバインダーを投げるように起き去ったのだけは残念でした。他のお客様に対してはハキハキ接客していたので、恐らくタイミングの問題か私の顔にハナクソでも付いていたのが原因かと思われます。
