Opened in January 2023 inside a renovated part of the original Katsuyama brewery, this restaurant specializes in "Japanese-inspired" French cuisine. Reservations only, however you can pop into the bar freely to order drinks paired with small bites. A wonderful experience, and the place to enjoy Katsuyama sake since the brewery in the mountains does not allow visitors.

感動の一言で表せないくらい、最高でした。 私の誕生日で、連れに予約してもらい伺いました。

料理は、和食を交えたフレンチでした。一番美味しかったのは、メインのお料理の仙台牛。トリュフソースでしたが、ソースにも入っているのに、更にテーブルでトリュフを削ってもらえました。香り高く美味しかったです。付け合わせの人参のピュレも、プリンのような甘みがあって、提供されたワインとの相性抜群でした。 ペアリングのワインのチョイスも、大変気に入りました。ソムリエによって、自分の好みに合うペアリングじゃないお店もこれまでありましたが、こちらのチョイスは自分のペアリングの考え方と似ていました。

連れにお願いしてもらったデザートプレートも可愛くて、好きなデザインでした。食後に頼んだカプチーノにも、好きなデザインを取り入れたラテアートを描いてくださり、ホスピタリティが素晴らしいと感動しました。
