It is a small Park, littered with bronze statues. Not somewhere you would specially go for, unless there's a town fair or something. You can pop by though, if you happen to pass by for shopping or eating. the other reason would be for Wake Up Girls anime pilgrimage. Note that there are no Sakura trees here, so try the other parks like nishi Park or tsutsujigaoka.
