BARBARA COFFEE — Restaurant in Sennan

Went here during the wisteria festival. I was fortunate enough to get a seat at lunch time without making a reservation. I had gapao rice and their purple wisteria donut (not the official name, don't quote me) with vanilla ice cream, and iced lemonade. All I had was very good, but the vanilla ice cream was phenomenal. Since the place was packed, it took quite a while for my order to arrive. The food was also a little pricey, particularly the iced lemonade (so small for its price). 上司のホームパーティに呼ばれ、キャロットケーキをテイクアウトしました。 電話で予約して大変楽しみにしていたのですが、口にした瞬間、絶対に作り方を間違えた？？そうとしか思えない味でした。人参のフィリングを吸って重くなりすぎてべちゃべちゃボソボソとした口当たり。明らかに焼き時間が足りてませんし、混ぜすぎです。 作り方を間違えていないのであれば、それはそれで商品として問題だと思います。人に提供する味ではありませんでした。 解凍で渡されたのですが、間違いなく指示された通りにしました。今まで食べたことのない食感で戸惑いを感じました。職場でとんでもないものを提供してしまったと詫びました。

何度か店にも伺ってますが、夕方、店内に私たちだけしかいなかった際も、パフェのメニューをおそらく間違えられて、直前で引き返し、その後20分かけて作られる…（最初注文をしてから20分経って出てきたパフェだったので合計40分待ちました）ということもありました。間違えたのであれば間違えたで一言いただきたかったです。そんなに待つのであればお値段払いますし、別のパフェでもいただきました。

バーバラコーヒーと名前もついているのに、コーヒー豆を購入しようと思って最近出たと言う豆の焙煎時期を聞いたら、2週間前。とても残念な気持ちになりました。内装のこだわりや地の農家の方の野菜や果物を使っているのは素晴らしいと思いますが、もう少し、なんとかしてください。
