One of the best Ramen I have ever tasted (and believe me, I have tasted a lot), the Ajitama hot ramen with garlic chahan is a perfect combination. PS: All the Ramen are basically the same, with only a difference of toppings - egg, pork, spice, etc.

久しぶりに「ずんどう屋」さんに行ってきました！ 煮卵ラーメン美味しかったです♪ ずんどう屋さんの煮卵の柔らかさと、半熟具合は、やっぱりいけますねー！ ヾ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ 寝屋川のずんどう屋さんより、少し味がこってりしている感じ。ラーメンダシ（醤油の量）や、普通の量でお願いした時の背油の量など、微妙なところで、料理人さんの差が出ている感じがします。 麺の湯がき加減を、客によってや、店員さんによって、聞いたり聞かなかったりしている点は気になりますが、それ以外での接客は普通だと思います♪ 他のチェーン店のラーメン屋さんでも「本店の味と比較して…」とおっしゃられる方がいる事も伺うけど、ラーメンは料理人さんによっても、自分自身の体調でも味が変わりやすいので、評価が難しいです。 (;^ω^) 摂津店がオープンされて間なしの、前に訪問した時に「ずんどうがまだ青いな」との賜わられている常連さんがいらっしゃらなかったので、店員さんも和気藹々と作業されていました♪ (´▽｀*)

初訪問。日曜午後21時でしたがそこそこの賑わいで、入店後更にお客さん増加。 さて、初ということでオススメの味玉ラーメンと、事前に気になってたにんにく炒飯をいただきました。ラーメンはトンコツ味であっさり～こってり４段階みたいですが３段階目のこってりにしました！評判では濃いとかありましたが、全くなし！寧ろ３段階目であの程度なら私には濃くなかったです。 というのも、にんにく炒飯が強烈に濃い！！ ただ、好きな人には堪らない味です。この味のせいもありラーメン評価は平等に出来ていないかもです。 接客は明るく活気がある女性スタッフ、自分以外に担当していた女性スタッフのやり取り聞いていても対応の良さ、お客さんの細かいオーダーもそつなくこなしてたので満点です！店内も明るく綺麗！カウンターでしたが、コロナ対策で隣とは簡易間仕切ができるので、一蘭のような感じになり個人的には良かった。 全体的評価としては近くに寄れば食べに行くでしょうね！ここは車が必要な場所なので、しかも時間帯によりますが非常に道路混むので夕食というより遅めの夕食、夜食に向いてるでしょう。期待値込め...
