Yakiniku Tora — Restaurant in Shari

When I searched this Yakiniku in Google, saw some comments about not accepting foreigners. So I was a bit worried when I got there. This is completely wrong ( I guess they don't accept foreigners during Covid). But now the owner couples are very welcoming and served us very politely even we don't know Japanese. Food is very delicious and I specially like the bibimbap! Atmosphere is very authentic Japanese Yakiniku. I would definitely go again if I visit Shiretoko! Visit was an unpleasant experience. First, the stall owner didnt allow my wife and i to sit at the tables when the shop was empty, claiming that we had to sit at the counter. 5mins later, another 2 people walked in and the shop owner directed them to the tables. Second, the prices were more expensive than the regular shops, and the cuts of beef were less premium. Third, and most annoyingly, the total bill did not add up: we were charged more than we ordered! あまり大きくないですが、メニューはお肉もお酒も豊富で、素敵な笑顔のママがいる美味しい焼肉屋さんでした。

特に気に入ったのは、タレと牛サガリとチヂミ！笑 タレは甘めですっきり、手作りとおっしゃってました。いつもは塩で食べちゃうのですが、タレが好みすぎてチヂミすらタレで食べてしまいました。笑 ごはんのすすむ味です(^^) 牛サガリはしっかり焼いてもとっても柔らか♡ チヂミは想像してた２倍の厚みで驚きましたが、さくさくで具沢山で美味しかった！ 個人的にママの作ってくれたお酒も甘めで好みでした。笑 写真の豚タンは分厚かったけど柔らかかったし、ノドコリとツケネも美味しかったなぁ… 珍しく長芋メニューも多くて長芋好きにはたまらないお店かと思います。(長芋キムチいただきましたが、サラダも気になりました)
