We didn't expect the sashimi to be served frozen and had ordered two plates of it! The grilled salmon was salty. The tempura rice bowl and sauted salmon bento were less disappointing. Guess we didn't know enough to order the right stuff. English menu available but staff...

2021年8月14日、領土料理 武田さんにお昼ご飯を食べにやって参りました！ サーモン科学館見学の後に直行したのですが、科学館からは5分くらいです。人気のお店ということで開店10分前に到着して待機して一番乗りしました。ちなみの私は行列には並べないタイプです笑 さて今回はこのお店にある「しべつ鮭三代漬け丼」というのを食べに来たのです。そしてお味噌汁を「帆立稚貝の味噌汁」に変えて1550円＋190円＋税って感じです。 早速の感想ですが「美味しかったー‼️」の一言に尽きます。最初、三代漬けってなんだろうと思ってたんですが、鮭の漬け・イクラ・そして「鮭節」の3種で三代なんです。鮭節が結構美味しくてお土産に買って来るほどでした、オススメです。そしてその三代＋帆立もあって見た目も贅沢な一品になってますが1550円なら高くはありませんよね。 私は中々「また次もこのお店に来よう」とは思わないタイプなんですけど、こちらのお店さんには是非またお邪魔したいと思うほど、この三代漬け丼が美味しかったです😊 オススメしますよー。

標津町のメインストリート国道244沿いにあるごはん処、郷土料理店といいますか、造り居酒屋といいますかそんな感じの和食店です。とりえあえずご飯美味しかった！なにが良いかって鮭の旨味を心ゆくまで堪能できるといいますか、サーモン、いくらのみならず鮭節の出汁というか旨味までしっかり堪能できる感じ、そういう意味で良かったお店。 名物？の鮭三代漬け丼いただきました。具はイクラ、サーモンの切り身、あとはホタテと鮭節。鮭節の旨味が強すぎてびっくりして本当に美味しかったしわざわざここまで来て食べる価値のある味だなって思えた。 あとは鮭のルイベ、ゴールデンカムイ読んでてめっちゃ気になっててメニューに合ったので食べてみたらもうね、ヒンナヒンナですよ。秋鮭、サクラマス、トキシラズのルイベの食べ比べができて、本当にトキシラズめっちゃ美味しかった😋 お会計にキャッシュレス🆗、駐車場はお店の隣りにあります。 カウンターと座敷あるのでソロでもグループでも安心。
