Tekone-sushi. Tekone-sushi is a kind of Chirashi-sushi. It is very popular in Ise-Shima erea. It is scattered sliced Bonito on vinegar rice. Sliced Bonito is dipped in the soy source base special dip. Although, Tekone-sushi is yummy everywhere at Shima, Hiba's was Great!. The texture of Bonito fillet was a very very smooth. The best experience ever!! I came all the way from Thailand after I saw pictures and reviews, I thought here is where I'm looking for an authentic local Ama Hut, and Hiba Hironohama was beyond my expectation.

Everything made beautifully and they were super delicious. The owner and Ama were so kind to me and my husband.

I would highly recommend this place. Love you 3000!!

伊勢、志摩家族旅行で一度は行ってみたかった海女小屋という浜焼きをしてくれる、目の前に大海原が広がる景色の良いお店です。家族５人車で走る事７時間。食べに行って良かったです。☺️ 貝類やイカ、魚等を炭火で浜焼きで焼いてくれ提供してくれるとても珍しい志摩の海の恵み、ウツボやらアオリイカ等を美味しく頂けるお店です。季節によって食材変わるのかもしれないですが。志摩の漁師から生まれた郷土料理、伊勢のものとは違う本物の手ごね寿司も頂けました。 夕方の時間帯、夕日から日没の海原を直ぐ目の前で眺める事ができ、そして海の恵みに感謝でしたね。 めちゃくちゃ親切なご主人、お話の上手さ、海女さんの暮らしの解説、炭火で焼く魚介類。海女小屋体験Live感満載でしたね。海女さんや漁師さんの写真やお話を聞きながら食べる海鮮焼きはとっても楽しく美味しい体験ができた素晴らしいひと時でした。とても美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。 そして、当日のお昼に突然、こちらから予約の電話をし、お店はお休みだったらしく、急遽お店を営業していただける事になり、大変申し訳ありませんでした。最高の思い出ができました事大変感謝いたします。...
