On a motorcycle tour in the area and realized I needed to eat, this restaurant was nearby so I popped in for lunch. Only one other diner was there at the time.
One thing I would like to clarify is: the "burger" is not a hamburger as I have traditionally understood it. The burger here consists of: —homemade bun (good) —Japanese-style bacon (okay) —house-made sauce wrapped in lettuce (good) Overall, a nice sandwich, on the lighter side, but I would not call this a burger.
I also ordered a side of cole slaw, which was excellent.
Decor is varied and eccentric, the owner is a potter by trade and her work, as well as many American-themed tchotchkes, decorates the space. It feels like you're in someone's living room, which is okay.
