Sushiyukan — Restaurant in Shimonoseki

Sushiyuukan is a good conveyor belt sushi shop that is on the more expensive side but is worth it. The shop is located on the second floor of Karato Ichiba and has a fairly large amount of seating arrangements. You are greeted by a waiter who guides you to your table and after that, food is ordered on the tablet or taken from the conveyor belt. (You do still have the option to call a waiter or even the chef) *Side note : Not sure but there may be oceanside seating. The food itself is great, has a large variety of fish options and some non fish options like what you would see at Sushiro (corn, natto, egg). I personally liked the 中トロ(chuutoro) and they had a lot of other options for maguro (tuna) as well. My only complaint was that the plates prices range from around 150yen to 800yen and some of their plates look similar so you could easily mistake a 500 yen plate for a 200 yen plate. For myself, I probably would not find myself going again as I simply prefer kura sushi with their cheaper, larger non-fish options and sides.
