I have dined at this restaurant on multiple occasions, and I've noticed a recurring issue that has left me somewhat puzzled. The inconsistency in the taste and portion of the meals I order has raised concerns. While there have been instances where the food I selected was undoubtedly delectable, there have also been visits where the same meal didn't meet my previous expectations.

This fluctuation in quality has led me to believe that there might be some level of variability in the kitchen, perhaps even a rotation of chefs. It's disheartening to find that what was once a delightful dining experience has now become a bit of a gamble. I often find myself yearning for specific items from the menu, only to hesitate due to this uncertainty.

In addition to the inconsistency in the meals, I also encountered another disheartening aspect during my visits to the restaurant. As a foreigner with limited proficiency in Japanese, I experienced a noticeable shift in the demeanor of the staff. While they didn't explicitly express anger or frustration, there was a discernible change in their attitude once they became aware of my non-Japanese background.

It's regrettable that such an occurrence could potentially dampen the overall dining experience. Being treated differently due to language barriers can make one feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, even if it's unintentional. As a patron, I believe that a warm and inclusive atmosphere is an integral part of any restaurant experience, irrespective of one's nationality or language skills.
