---------------------✍ ◆住所 長野県上水内郡信濃町古海3575-8ホテルタングラム ◆アクセス ホテルタングラム内 ◆営業時間 18:00～21:00 ◆定休日 ホテルに準ずる ---------------------- 和洋中華や信州の食材を使った料理が食べ放題のバイキングです 予約不要で、営業時間内に直接レストランへ行きます 混雑時は2部制になります 総席数は400席で広々としており、宿泊者は部屋にコーヒーもしくはお茶類を持って帰れる用のカップもあります ORDER------------------ ◆バイキング（大人 4,180円（12/28～1/2 大人4,730円）、小人(7才～12才) 2,640円、幼児(4才～6才) 1,320円） ----------------------------- 【感想】 野沢菜や信州みそを使用したメニューが旅行感を引き立て楽しいです 個人的にはホテル特製のローストビーフにトッピングする「野沢菜わさび昆布」がソースをかけて食べるよりも気に入りました ソースなしで頼み、トッピングをたっぷり付けてローストビーフをいただきました（ホテル特製ローストビーフのお肉は外国産となります） 「タングラム特製カレー」は野菜や果物が煮込まれた奥深い味です、スパイスが効いており辛口めですが私は好きでした 「新潟県産こしいぶき」はバイキングだからか少し柔らかめですが、甘みがあり美味しいお米です その他、信州産ヨーグルト酵母パン、蟹もたっぷりの信州味噌仕立ての寄せ鍋など雪山で冷えた体を信州の食材が満たしてくれました 飲み物やデザートもジャンル別にあるため、子供も喜びそうです
