カツ丼を頂きました。 まず見た目の素晴らしさ！普通カツ丼のカツって一列に並んでいると思うんですが、なんと一切れずつ間を開けながら2列！カツとカツの間に卵があるのです。面積が広く底の浅い丼を覆うように卵とカツが広がるので、掘り返して食べる必要がありません。 まず一口目はカツを食べず、ご飯と卵だけを頂きましょう。実に理想的なバランス！カツ丼の卵とご飯はかくあるべしというような美味しさです。 カツは食べやすくカットされていて、上あごをやけどするようなことはないでしょう。ふわっとした衣と肉の旨み、素晴らしいです。 見事なカツ丼でした！
