奥三河紅葉ツーリング2022②／丸山荘 鳳来寺山頂店 まったりモーニングのあとは鳳来寺山へ向かいます(^^) 毎年11月に開催される鳳来寺山の紅葉を楽しむイベント、鳳来寺山もみじまつり開催中！ Instagramで気になっていた此方のお店の紅葉狩り仕様の五平餅が食べたくて♪ 丸山荘・鳳来寺山頂店というお土産屋さん兼、甘味処のお店で販売しています。 10時開店前に到着。お店は開店準備をしている最中でした。気さくな女性店主さんが少し早く注文受け付けしてくれました。感謝！ 本人込み写真にも前のめりに対応してくださって積極的。商売っけある気持ちいいお人柄です(^^) ●紅葉前線・五平餅／500円 ●もみじ五平団子／500円 紅葉前線・五平餅は鳳来寺山の紅葉の見頃にあわせて模様も変化するそうです。五平餅のもみじを見ると満開に入ったと判断すべきなのかな♪ デザインはチーズでデコレーション。五平餅にチーズ、なかなかマッチングは良い！ よくこんな面白いこと考えたな～。感心します(^-^) イートインスペースもあり、ちょっと一休みにピッタリ。 この後、東照宮～鳳来寺山本宮まで散策しました！紅葉も満喫。楽しかった～ さあ、次の紅葉エリアに向かいます(^-^)/

鳳来寺東照宮のパーキングすぐにあるお店です。 お参りした帰りに小腹が空いたので五平だんごを注文しました。 五平餅との違いに関してはあまりよく分からなかったのですが、こちらはタレの味が4種の中から選ぶことができます。 定番の味噌、みたらし風味になるあまから醤油にヘルシーな黒すり胡麻、そして100円増しで餡子味に出来るそうですが、今回は人気No.1の味噌だれにしてみました。 焼きたての香ばしい匂いはまず間違いなく美味しさを保証してくれるものですし、お団子ももちもちしていてとても美味しかったです。 ソフトクリームやコーヒーなど定番の商品もありますが、POPのデザインが凝っていてつい目を惹かれるようなつくりになっています。

Wonderful shop, in a wonderful location, run by wonderful humans.

I don't usually go to souvenir shops. And, fortunately, I was not disappointed this time around.

I actually plan on going back to buy at least one thing that I can think of.

The fresh AmaZake was refreshing. And it was great to have it a such a convenient location, near the top of the mountain.

I try to give my stars very intentionally--so if I see myself giving 5 stars, I think twice about it. But...I couldn't find an area that needs...

This kiosk/souvenir shop is a must-visit when you come to the top of Mt. Horaiji, really friendly service and tasty food. I recommend the ice cream and the goheimochi (the local grill rice on a stick with miso taste). The seating area is really cute too, look for the hidden little designs in the wood.

There's some signs in English for the menu too and I happen to know that there's not much language barrier...
