Waited for almost 1 hour. But it was totally worth it! Sawayaka hamberg is one of my favorites. Very reasonable price but an amazing quality of hamberg stakes. The hamberg stakes were tender, soft, and juicy. Not too salty and just good. The restaurant is always full of customers. You probably need to wait at least 1 hour. But do not give up! The restaurant has its own parking lots. The parking spaces are really huge. The working staff are really nice and kind. They will do their best to serve you good meals. Everything here was so great. I shall always come here whenever I come visit...

2025/08/14に利用させていただきました。 繁忙期はどこのさわやかに行っても混んでいます。 名古屋方面から御殿場方面に向かう際に待ち時間とにらめっこをしながら 探します。 ◾️13時浜名湖通過 浜松、浜名湖周辺は軒並み200分待ち、つまり3時間以上です！ ちなみに御殿場周辺は6時間待ち
さわやかは家族でちょいと食べに行こう、ではなかなか予定が立ちません。 この時点で夕ご飯に切り替えて静岡方面に向かいます。
1500静岡インター付近 静岡インター店で40分待ちの表示 インターを降りてさわやか静岡インター店に向かい、予約番号を確保。
少し周りで時間を潰して、1530にお店に戻り入りました。 当然家族も大満足なのですが、あまりの混み具合にランチタイムでもなくディナータイムでもない時間の食事になりました。 繁忙期にさわやかを利用する際には家族の理解がないと食べられません。 空腹で同乗者がイライラしちゃいがちですが 時間通りに食べる！ならば朝一番に予約券を取ってランチ、ですね。 旅の途中にサクッと食べるのは難しいですが同乗者が近隣のさわやか待ち情報を探してくれれば運転しながら空いている店舗へ迎えます。 流石に今までに御殿場のさわやかには入ったことがありません。慢性的に待ち時間が長く、さすが関東からの入り口にある店舗ですね。
※遠方から食べに行く際にはランチかディナーで！という心構えで良いのかも さわやかは静岡の西部、中部、東部にありますが中部が比較的待ち時間が少なめでした。
