Ramen Ikedaya Suita — Restaurant in Suita

I've tried lots of different jiro-style ramen, and this place is in the top 3 when it comes to flavor. The soup, noodles, and toppings are all EXCELLENT. It's a little annoying that some toppings that are usually included in the standard order cost extra, but it's not too bad. The ramen man talks very quietly and is very muffled by his mask, though, so make sure you don't misunderstand the things he's asking you, or you might end up with some things you didn't...

An interesting ramen shop where the price is the same (1000 yen) regardless of the size, which ranges from 100g to 400g of noodles. The standard toppings include bean sprouts, garlic, fat and spicy powder. The broth is quite salty and strong, but goes down well with the other ingredients. This is certainly a place where you can fill up on a massive bowl when hungry. There often seems to be a line outside, so be prepared to wait around 20 to 40 minutes...

初訪！『らーめん池田屋吹田店』 ( * ॑꒳ ॑* ) 『らーめん池田屋』さんが吹田にお店を出されたのでさっそく旦那と長男くんと私で行ってきました♪ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ ずっと一乗寺の池田屋さんに行きたかったけど遠くて中々行けませんでした(´•ω•`) でも吹田にお店を出して頂いたので、家からも近いからこれから行きやすくなります♪ (｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )ƅ

お店の近くのパーキングに車を止めて開店40分前に並びに接続♪(･∀･) 並びは結構ゆっくりめかな(^^) そうこうしているうちに開店♪ 食券を買ってお箸、レンゲ、お水 、おしぼりを取り、食券はカウンター上へ♪ そこで麺の量を聞かれました♪ 麺300g、コールはﾆﾝﾆｸｱﾘで♪(^^) ここで私、すっかり忘れていました… 本家？二郎系はデフォで『アブラ』が乗っていないと言う事を…。 なのでアブラが欲しい時はコールで『アブラ』と言わないといけません(^ω^;) その事をすっかり忘れていました(´•ω•

) 私は主にラーメン荘や『あいすべきものすべてに』へ行くので、アブラはデフォで乗っているものですから、そーいう事は頭にないのです(^ω^;) 今年の夏くらいに京都二郎へ行った時に【アブラはコールで言わないと入らない】って教えて貰った事を忘れ、今回もその時と同じ失敗をしてしまった(´•ω•

で、ワクワクタイムからの着丼！ モヤシの上に軽くﾄｳｶﾞﾗｼが乗っています。 豚は厚めで脂っけのない塊豚でやわホロ♪ スープは見た目薄めだけどしっかりした豚骨醤油の乳化スープ、麺は平打ちの短めの太麺、ヤサイはややクタ、ニンニクはデフォで結構多めに入っています(･∀･) アブラが入っていないからか、アッサリとスルスル入っていきます♪(´﹃

) 麺300gやのにぜんぜん余裕♪(･∀･) スープもうまぁ！ ただ最後の方はニンニクが沈んでカラーイ :( ;´꒳
