店名の「うまや」は御店主の名前に由来しているそうです。 料理はどれも美味しいですが、おすすめは「馬刺し」です。召し上がるなら、是非「赤・白」を！赤身とたてがみのセットです。たてがみを出しているお店は珍しいと思いますし、これだけ美味しいのは更に珍しいです。 それもその筈。話を聞くと、赤身は御殿場から、たてがみは熊本から仕入れてるそうです。 一度は食...

以前は料理も種類が沢山あり、美味しかったが… 現在は料理の種類は少なく、提供は遅く、値段はコスパが良いとは言えないといった印象だった。 ラストオーダーで炒飯を注文すると、かなり嫌そうに『もう火を落としましたが、いまから火付けてやります』とのこと… やりたくないなら上手く断る。やるなら笑顔で注文を受ける。これでは双方に後味悪いだけでは…どちら...

飲み放題２時間でしたが、料理も充実してて味もすごく美味しかった。店員さんも感じ良かったし開店と同時に入ったけど私達が第1号でしばらくはお客さんも来なかったのでゆっくり楽しく過ごせました。気付いたら満員状態だったけど。２時間コースが終わっても退席させられることもなく別途お酒を頼んで 久々の友達と心行くまで...
