Me and my family feel pretty disrespected by the staff ,even when we are paying the bill in the cashier ,when we asked if they accept quo card the woman said in a rispid and loud voice that they dont accept ,it was simply unnecessary, about the food it was good but the type you find in any restaurant of the type ,nothing special ,the portions are in a good size and you can choose options that come with more meat, the best was the spices i loved the shichimi spices with yuzu and i will order them from amazon ,the only thing good from this bad experience was to discover those spices i will never come back ! 入店時にしばらく待っても全然気づいてもらえないときがある。

「いらっしゃいませ」等の声かけがないときもある。

たまに調理失敗してる。 カットが不十分なタマネギや、レタスの芯、ひじきのようになった黒くて小さいタマネギらしきものが出てくる。

食べ残し持ち帰りパックをお願いすると、容器の中に食品用ではない輪ゴムを入れてくる。

サービス券はオーダー前に伝えてくださいとタッチパネルに書いてあるけど、店員呼び出しボタンが全席にないため声を上げて呼ばないといけない。

メニューの汚れや劣化がひどい。

備え付けの箸が汚い。

いつも両親が食事で利用させていただいていて、私もたまに一緒に利用させてもらってます。 ここの店舗さんにはスタッフ皆さん良い方ばかりなのですが、1人特にものすごーく気の利く男性スタッフさんがいらっしゃいます。 お客様の一挙手一投足を常に見られていて、先を読んで行動してくださっていて、父もその方のことをとても褒めていました。 先日私がお会計する際に支払い方法をpaypayと聞くや否や、クーポンの事を教えて下さり、また操作方法、案内も完璧でとてもスムーズに得をしてお会計をする事ができました。 本当にスムーズすぎてとてもびっくりしました。 さぞご自身で勉強等されているのだと思います。 この度は本当にありがとうございました。 また家族ともども...
