A bakery located in a quiet lane....serve excellent bread and best mochi chestnut ! We tried various bread and red bean bombolone..they are so so good ... A small outdoor sitting with plenty of standing area... Only complaint ...no coffee !! 🤣

They could hav fresh made coffee, wich would enhance the whole experience and the flavour of the baked goodies. Other than that, anazing place where you can see they put love and thought into their craft

設計士さんこだわりが詰まった建物の外観も、パンも毎回ワクワクする素敵なお店です。 パンは食パン、シュークリーム、エクレア、サンドイッチ、パンは硬めのハードパンが多い印象。 小麦の香りともっちり食感が美味しく、中の具材も私好みです。 2025/07/(2回目) ⚫︎クイニーアマンロアイヤル¥350 サックサクフワッフワで軽いのに濃厚！ ⚫︎プレフ(イベリコ豚)¥370 イベリコ豚のスライスが3枚入ってました。イベリコ豚が前に出てしまってザワークラフトの味があんまり感じられなかった気がして少し残念。 ⚫︎ほうじ茶と白玉コルネ¥280 文句なしのコンビ💕大人渋めほうじ茶にもっちり生地との相性もバツグン！ ⚫︎シナモンロール¥260 見た目が芸術品✨オレンジピールとの酸味が上品な味わいでした。シナモンロール好きな私的にはMr.so&soのコッテコテのシナモンロールの方が好きでした。 ⚫︎ピスタチオとクランベリーバターサンド¥300 色味も素敵で２つのコンビネーションのハーモニーも良くてとても美味しかったです！

こどもに卵アレルギーがあり、 お店に入ってすぐに店員さんに卵不使用のものはありますか？と尋ねたところ、 とても曖昧な言い方（フランスパンのサンドだと、パン生地には卵不使用だけど中身は自分で見て判断して下さい、など） だったので結局何を買えばいいのかわからず、、 その後も気になったパンがあったので別の店員さんにも声をかけましたが、そちらも曖昧で調べてくれようともしなかったです。

パンの種類が多いので、 全てに原材料を記入して欲しいとかすぐに質問に答えて欲しいとは思いませんが、 せめてもう少し誠意の伝わる対応をしていただけるとありがたかったです！ 店員さんは殺伐とした雰囲気で笑顔もなく 一言声をかけた事がむしろ迷惑がられてるのかな？とすら感じました。

以前も一度そんな対応だったので、その際はたまたまお店が忙しくてそのような対応だったのかなと思い今回期待を込めて伺いましたが、今回のほうがさらに残念でした！

以前のretroの頃のお店は店員さんもとても親切で、パンの種類も好みだったし大好きなお店でしたが、 今のお店になってがっかりしています。

お店は大きくなり、パンは今も美味しいですが、種類も以前のお店の時の方が他店に比べても魅力...
