Uberで注文。1度目、メイン料理とデザートを注文し、まさかの料理のタレだけとプリンが到着しメイン料理入れ忘れ。メイン料理代は返金されたがプリン代と配達料はキッチリ請求。メイン料理が入れ忘れてデザートだけって、、普通金取るか？って感じで、他に配達区域内に営業している店がなく慌ててもう一度メイン料理を頼むんでメイン料理代と配達料をまた取られた。お詫びも何もなく無駄に金だけとられるヤバいです。先にも書きましたが近くに配達してもらえる店がなく、しかたなく本日も2度目の注文。忙しいのか知らないがまさかの店側からキャンセル。そんな適当ならUberに載せなければいい。値段もUberに掲載は高くしてるんだからキッチリした仕事して欲しい。出来ないならUberから消せばいい。金返して欲し...

14:45頃入店 「いらっしゃいませ」も案内もなし。 カウンターに3人とテーブル席に高校生5人グループ。 店員はワンオペだけど時間的に仕方ない。

自分がタッチパネルで注文して10分後に高校生たちに料理が届いたのを見て、待ってたのかと驚く。 さらに数分後にカウンターのお客さんに料理が届く。 自分のところに届いたのは15時頃。

支払いに行っても来ないので呼ぶと、面倒くさそうに対応される。
