日曜日の午後、初めての来訪です。店の雰囲気は凄く良く★＋1。店員さんの対応も良く★＋1。時間かかりますと言われたが料理の提供もなかなか早く★＋1。以上、好印象だったポイント。注文したのは私がワッフル。連れはそれぞれコーヒーフロートとパンケーキ。コーヒーフロートとパンケーキの味の評価は聞いてないので分からないが、ワッフルは残念ながら今ひとつ。デコレーションは美しいけどフルーツは冷凍。アイスも業務用のデカい箱のやつかな？もしかしたらワッフルも冷凍物なんじゃと疑ってしまうような。パンケーキも違いはワッフルかパンケーキかの違いだけのよう。枚数がワッフル2枚に対してパンケーキは1枚。そんな感じ。ワッフルは2枚重ねてある間にチョコソースが塗られて、あと皿にもチョコソースでデコレーションしてありますが、ソースは工夫してほしいな。ワッフルやパンケーキはソースでだいぶ味も印象も変わる。特にパンケーキは口の中が...

高森町をドライブ中、パンケーキが食べたいとの彼女のお願いで、今回飛び込みで入ったお店です。アーリーアメリカンのようで、ハンプティダンプティの置物がたくさん置いてありました。私はパンケーキを、彼女は目移りした結果、抹茶パフェをいただきました。パンケーキはフルーツが上にたくさんトッピングしてあり、パンケーキの下にはマーマレードが敷いてありました。でも、パンケーキがマーマレードの味に負けてた感じですが、それはそれで好きな人にはたまらない味だと思います。抹茶パフェは本格的な抹茶を使っており、中にはたくさんのフルーツが入っていました。お供に大福豆と抹茶でコーティングした何か(彼女が全て食べたので分からなかった😭)他にもディッシュ料理がありましたが、我が家は甘味でまたお邪魔したいと思います。
