ファミレスなので味の良し悪しはそんなに求めてませんが、接客は最悪です。混雑時は仕方ないのかもしれませんが、ベルを押しても中々来ない。コーヒーマシンにミルク切れのマークを教えて、対処してもらったけど結局中途半端なまま他の所に行く。その結果いつまでもラテ類は飲めない。来たら来たで、食器類を下げずに他の所にいく(非効率的)。会計の操作のミスも目立つ。まあ、おばちゃん達に文句言っても...

週末に初めて利用しました。 昼時を過ぎていましたが、竹田は飲食店か少ないのか他のジョイフルより混んでいル感じがしました。 席の案内は丁寧さが欠けていましたが不快に感じる程ではありません。 料理はほぼ同じタイミングで出てきましたが、アツアツ鉄板に盛られたハンバーグは下側が焦げていました。 ここも人手不足か、企業の行き過ぎたローコストオペレーシ...

割りと空いているであろう時間を狙って行きましたが(午後２時)昼時が忙しかったのか、食器が片付けられておらず、そのままのところが６席、水もなし、ご飯は炊むらがあり、忙しいかったのでしょう 人手が足りないのでは？ 味は良いのにね、値段は安いし、ドリンクバーは、定額飲み放題、ドライブとかに寄りやすいとおもいます ここを過ぎると道の駅までまで食事で...
