We’ve been loyal fans of Kona’s for years and have always loved coming here. Unfortunately, yesterday’s experience left us very disappointed. After waiting a while for a server—which we understand if they’re busy—our server finally approached our table, only to say she’d be back shortly. However, she ended up taking orders from several other tables around us, including those who arrived after we did, and even served the people seated right next to us, but never returned to us. We waited over an hour before another server finally took our order, and they seemed to have an attitude about it as well.

Food is great and service is ok. We have been to this restaurant many times. However, when we ask for containers to take the leftover and some dishes we not even touch because we order too much food.
