Sunset Walker Hill — Restaurant in Tokoname

Unfortunately the dining experience had diminished since our last visit. The seating was immediate despite a seemingly full house. The wait service was polite and prompt.

The meal Pork spare rib and Beef Salad.

Unfortunately I found the pork, tough and chewy. It had been cooked too rapidly. The supporting vegetables potato, broccoli and tomato minimal, however the sauce was excellent.

On my last visit the Pork Spare Rib was fall off the bone tender and delicious which guaranteed a return visit

The accompanying salad although pre-prepared as defined by its rapid appearance, was delicious.

My partner had the Beef salad. The salad on first glance was huge however the beef was minimal as was the dressing.

It was soon apparent the salad had been prepared. Possibly due to expected holiday season expectations.

Once the top layer had been consumed the balance consisted predominantly of layered lettuce which wasn't at all crisp as it was on our last visit.

It soon became boring and without adequate dressing, bland.

A suggestion... The salad would have been better served with a small jug of dressing, we would have been happy to pay extra for it.

We will dine at the restaurant once more to judge if this was perhaps just a one off oversight.

We can only hope the meal lives up to expectations and indeed rivals our first...

Seeing my country's flag being flown, overlooking the Ise Bay...A great start! Well, I arrived way too early (reservations were at 19:30) took a look around your grounds and came back later. 雰囲気抜群アメリカンステーキのお店です🇺🇸

この日は世間的には休みに挟まれた平日ですが（9月22日） 私は有休・娘は特殊休みであり、家でのんびりも味気なく、ちょっと娘と2人でドライブデート🚗 ただ実は第一目的はラーメン屋さんでしたが、嫌な予感が見事に的中し、臨時休業😭 嫌な予感があったので、保険として調べておいたこちらのお店への訪問となりました😊

高台に建つアメリカ・オレゴン州のワイナリーを完全再現したお店らしいです✨ 実際に雰囲気は抜群で、店内は広く、天井は高くて解放感に溢れていました😳 また、私達ら利用しなかったですが眺望の良い素敵なテラス席もありました✨

◯スープ 牛すじのスープ🐃 ポタージュではなく、牛ブイヨンベースの透き通ったスープ🥣 量がアメリカナイズでたっぷりで満足感が高いです😊

◯知多牛ランプステーキ🥩 ハーフポンドの255gなのでやはり迫力がかなりあります😲ランプ肉と言えど、国産の銘柄牛255gがこのお値段なのは中々にコスパ良いなと感じます🥹 和牛らしい厚さの割に柔らさがあります😳 ただ、和牛にしては、しっかりした食べ応えがある硬さもあり、あまり脂肪が多くないのでさっぱり食べられる感じです😋 ステーキは恐らくバターも纏っており、和牛でありながら、アメリカンステーキな雰囲気もあります🧈 ソースは標準的な和風ソース✨ 付け合わせはしっかりグリルされたブロッコリー・カリフラワー・ししとう⁈とキャロットラペ🥦🫑🥕 付け合わせの野菜は臭みもなく美味しいです😋 キャロットラペは恐らくクミンが効いていて本格的でややカレー風味のスパイスが効いてました👨‍🍳

デザートはガトーショコラ🍫 これまた大きい‼️😳

そして、ここて非常に嬉しいサプライズ😳

店員さんが頼んでいないプリンを２つ持ってきてくださってます

え⁉️と思っていたら

とのこと😭

これは嬉しいですよね😭
