This is owned by a lovely couple, Suzue-san, who do the main food cooking, and his lovely wife, who assists him. They also have an English menu, and Suzue-san can speak English very fluently. He’s very considerate and asks if customers have allergies, or are vegan, or even food restrictions according to their religion. He even has a “Kiblat” corner for his Muslim customers. Another note is that their menu is very affordable but very tasty. They even have an English menu. They even have bottles of wine to match with your order! Take note that if you’re coming in a big group (maybe 10 people or more), because he’s only the main cook, make sure to make a reservation or ask in advance if he can accommodate you. They are closed every Monday, so plan when to come accordingly.

You can request topping for halal options (seafood) or vegetarian options also. The owner is very friendly and understands the dietary restrictions for halal options by using halal yakisoba or okonomiyaki sauce. Recommend place to go around tokushima area.
